The seventh edition of the volleyball tournament that triumphs on the Costa Daurada
Pachuru pachuru rises with the victory of an unparalleled Beach Volley KDM TOUR

The last weekend of July saw the Beach Volley KDM TOUR 2023, a tournament that reaches its seventh edition with a historical record of participation in the tournament!
A popular beach volleyball tournament co-organized by Club Voleibol Calafell and KDM Events, with the support of Calafell City Council, Tarragona Provincial Council and Esportcat where over two weekends in July we toured the beaches of the municipality of Calafell, Tarragona, enjoying the experience of beach volleyball, the sport and the atmosphere of the tournament.
And this was possible thanks to the more than 650 players from the 200 teams participating in the different categories and tests, without forgetting the more than 90 volunteers from the Associació Joves Dirigents Catalans (Jo-DiC) and the technical team of the tournament,
that have guaranteed the smooth functioning of the event.
On Saturday 22 July, the tournament started at Calafell beach in the 4×4 test, where the PACHURU PACHURU team was declared the winner of the GOLD category by 2 sets to 0, beating VOLDIS. At the same time, Q SOMOS JUVENILES O QUE? and SAFO TEAM won the SILVER and BRONZE categories respectively.
On Sunday, 23 July, the second test of the Beach Volley KDM TOUR was played. In this 2×2 modality, TWINS VOLLEY won the men’s category by a minimum difference of seven sets (2-1) in SOLE-CONESA, while in the mixed GOLD DRACS category it won the final in LOS FLACOS, and in mixed PLATA the pair of NAFARROAKO BOLEIBOLA prevailed against BOQUERONES REBOZAITOS.
In the last test of this tournament season, DRACS wins the mixed 2×2 GOLD category against the PICÓ-HERNANDEZ team. In the SILVER and BRONZE categories, the couples DODUO and CHRISEIA achieve the first position in each category respectively. And in the men’s category, JABALÍS wins a final full of spectacle against
CONESA-AMOROS.
And already with all the matches played, making the final points count of the Beach Volley KDM TOUR, PACHURU-PACHURU is proclaimed the undisputed winner of the first position in the circuit! Then, with a minimal difference in points, DRACS takes second place ahead of VOLDIS, who are in third place in the tournament.
At the end of these weekends full of competition and excitement, the awarding of trophies and prizes took place to the champion teams of the Beach Volley KDM TOUR 2023, in addition to participating in the final draws.
Finally, special mention must be made to our collaborators, without whom the KDM Beach Volley CUP 2023 would not have been so extraordinary: Jako, Ametller Origen, Esclat, Mikasa and Cocacola.
So, we close the season of beach volleyball tournaments in the hands of Club Voleibol Calafell, KDM Events and Calafell City Council this 2023, not without thanking once again the good reception of the tournament by all the participants, and we see you on the courts!
